Any application for which Metropolitan Financial Inc. either matches your rate and terms or for which you accept a counter-offer from Metropolitan Financial Inc. as the lender. When Metropolitan Financial Inc. acts as the broker in the transaction, we do not guarantee the price of your lender’s counteroffer. This Best Price Guarantee applies to all first lien conforming and jumbo products to 650k. The Guarantee does not apply to second lien or non-conforming products.When compared to another lender’s Firm Offer (as defined below) with the same interest rate as the Metropolitan Financial Inc. Acceptance, our Lowest Cost Loan will have the same or lower discount points and closing costs.Closing Costs include the following fees: application, appraisal, credit report, document preparation, flood certification, processing, settlement, tax service, underwriting, and prepaid finance charges as defined under the Truth in Lending Act. |

Within 24 hours of Metropolitan Financial Inc.’s match or your acceptance of our counter-offer (the "Acceptance"), you must fax to 312-896-5042 the Good Faith Estimate, the initial Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement, and lock approval (including rate, terms and lock expiration period) from another lender which is dated the same day as your Metropolitan Financial Inc. Acceptance.The Good Faith Estimate, initial Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement, and lock approval must be accurate and based upon a loan with the same terms and conditions, including lock expiration period, as the Metropolitan Financial Inc. Acceptance. For Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs) the rate, term, index, margin, caps per adjustment and lifetime cap must also be the same. We reserve the right to verify that the other lender’s offer is accurate. |

If Metropolitan Financial Inc. is unable to provide you the Lowest Cost Loan, and you close the loan with the competing lender on the quoted terms, Metropolitan Financial Inc. will pay you $500. To be eligible for the $500, you must mail to Metropolitan Financial Inc., attn: Sales Manager, 200 South Wacker Drive, Suite 3100 , Chicago, IL 60606 or fax to 312-896-5042 a certified copy of the HUD-1 or HUD-1A Settlement Statement, final Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement, and the executed Note within 15 days of closing your loan with the other lender. Metropolitan Financial Inc. will mail you a $500 check within 30 days of receiving the required documentation. |
